Ashlar's 2023 Youth Makers' Market will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2-4pm, at Bee & Thistle Farm in Enumclaw. Children are encouraged to arrive at 1:30 to set up their table (bring your own table and chairs if possible!). Doors will open to the public for shopping at 2:00pm, and will remain open until 3:30pm. Children will then have until 4pm to pack up and leave their table as clean as they found it. Snacks will be provided for our young entrepreneurs. $10 is the cost of the booth space. (Note: We deliberately set this cost low enough so that the children can rent their booth themselves with the goal of making that money back at the market. This amazing event costs our organization about $40 per booth to run. Please consider donating $30 on top of your child's booth cost, or volunteering 1-2 hours of your time toward the success of this event.
